Installation Project Coordination
Fieldline helps a project coordinator get an installation ready before the crew arrives. I designed this demonstration around commercial furniture and joinery work, where building access, delivery arrangements and approvals all affect whether the job can proceed. The workspace shows what is confirmed, what is missing and who owns the next action. Confirmations retain their source and supporting evidence. Once the prerequisites are in place, the coordinator can prepare a crew handoff with the instructions needed on site. The demonstration uses a fictional installation business and project records.
