Operations Dashboard Prototype

Quota Logistics is an anonymized version of a freight operations dashboard I developed for a client. It brings bookings and delivery performance together with customer charges, supplier costs and margins, giving the business a clearer view of how its freight work is performing. The dashboard lets users narrow that view by date, destination, carrier or transport type, with the related figures updating together. Individual bookings show the costs behind each shipment, including inland delivery and handling. Supplier comparisons put price alongside reliability, helping the team assess what they’re paying for and how consistently it’s delivered.
